One Gaargi. One price.

Hey Gaargi has no subscriptions, no trials and no renewals — a free tier, and one paid plan: Ask Gaargi, starting at ₹30 for one consultation. Once signed in, a +/− counter adds consultations in the same ₹30-per-consultation increments. There are no channel discounts. Prices are inclusive of GST for Indian customers.

01The two tiers

Every paid plan is a one-time purchase — there is nothing to cancel.

• Free — ₹0. Chart creation, your daśā timeline, today's pañcāṅga, muhūrta discovery, chart exploration and your Timeline — all free for as long as you like, plus one introductory personal observation. It's the easiest way to get comfortable with your chart before you ever pay.
• Ask Gaargi — from ₹30. One personal consultation to start, its own conversation asked in your own words and answered from your actual birth chart, current daśā, gochara and pañcāṅga, with up to 10 Gaargi replies. Once signed in, adjust the +/− counter to add more — every ₹30 step adds one more consultation.
• The paid plan includes full access to your insight dashboard for the payment day — the exact expiry time is always shown in the app — and conversation history saved to your account, permanently.

Entitlements belong to your Hey Gaargi profile, not to a session or device — pick up where you left off any time. Clarifications never consume a consultation — confirming your birthplace, correcting a birth time, or answering a question Gaargi asks you is always free.

02What happens when access ends

After the paid-access period ends, your conversations, question titles and short previews remain visible. Detailed answers and dashboard insights are blurred until your next purchase — which also re-opens every insight from your earlier sessions. Nothing is ever deleted.

03How billing works

We use Cashfree as our payment aggregator (UPI, cards, net-banking, wallets), an RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator and PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Hey Gaargi never sees or stores your full card number or UPI credentials — only the last four digits, the network, and a transaction reference.

Because every purchase is a one-time payment, there are no recurring mandates, no auto-renewals and nothing to cancel. You buy a pack when you want one; you are never charged otherwise.

04Taxes

For customers with a billing address in India, each pack's price includes GST at 18% (CGST 9% + SGST 9% intra-state Karnataka; IGST 18% inter-state). A tax invoice is generated for every payment and emailed within 24 hours. If you have a GSTIN, add it under Settings → Billing → Tax details before purchase to have it appear on the invoice.

05Refunds

Full rules are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. The key points:

• If a technical failure prevents an answer from being generated, the credit is restored automatically.
• If Gaargi declines a question on safety grounds, no credit is consumed.
• An unused pack (no questions asked) is refundable within 48 hours of purchase, no questions asked.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

06Price changes

If the pack price ever changes, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the app and by email. Since there are no subscriptions, a price change never affects anything you have already purchased.

07Receipts and tax invoices

Every payment generates a sequentially-numbered tax invoice compliant with Rule 46 of the CGST Rules 2017, downloadable from Profile → Payment history. We retain transaction records for eight years under Section 36 of the CGST Act and Section 44AA of the Income-Tax Act 1961.
