Hey Gaargi is operated by HEY GAARGI, a sole proprietorship business owned and operated by Kamarajugadda Sai Raghava, with its principal place of business at Tenali, Andhra Pradesh, India. These documents are governed by Indian law and reflect the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the Information Technology Act 2000 (with the Intermediary Guidelines & Digital Media Ethics Code 2021), the Consumer Protection Act 2019 & E-Commerce Rules 2020, and the Reserve Bank of India's Payment Aggregator framework.
