Grievance Redressal.
A formal channel — with a named officer and statutory timelines — to raise a complaint that our regular support team could not resolve.
01The framework
In compliance with Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and Section 8(10) of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Hey Gaargi has designated a Grievance Officer to receive and resolve user complaints in respect of the Service.
Hey Gaargi is owned by Kamarajugadda Sai Raghava, who also serves as the Grievance Officer for the purposes of this policy.
